Data deletion instructions

Open MeetNoud and go to Company → Connections, then disconnect the Instagram or Facebook account. This immediately removes our stored access to that account. You can also remove MeetNoud’s access from your Facebook settings under “Business integrations”.

Email info@meetnoud.com from the address you used to sign up, with the subject “Delete my data”. We will delete your account, your business information, all content Noud created for you, and all stored social account tokens within 30 days, and confirm by email when it is done.

Deletion covers your login account, business profile and interview answers, planned and published content records, connected-account details and encrypted tokens, and any feedback you gave. Anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be kept. Records we must keep by law (for example invoices) are kept only as long as required.
